I’m Caroline McRee,
Founder & CEO of Inmost.
I help leaders invite real change
into their leadership, team, and organization.
First, some context -
I worked on the inside for nearly a decade. I learned the realities of trying to shift old ways of thinking, introduce new processes despite resistance, foster collaboration between disparate work groups, and navigate organizational culture following an acquisition.
I quickly learned I wanted to influence real change
not checking

not what they want to hear
not “shape-up” or “get-out”
